Over-the-Counter Medicine Program - Health Kits |
The FIGS Health Kit program was founded in 2020 to give low-income families access to free over-the-counter medicine. Over 4,500 kits have been distributed since its inception. Each kit contains items typically found in a home medicine cabinet.
For every dollar invested in OTC products, there is an estimated $7.33 savings within the healthcare system due to the reduced number of visits to urgent care centers and emergency rooms when patients can treat themselves for acute illnesses like fever or congestion before the problem has worsened.
For a $25 donation, we will distribute a health kit to a needy individual or family. If you would like to donate in honor of someone, please provide their name and address and we will send them the notification card shown below and add their name to the FIGS Honor Roll.
